In one paragraph: CoinParty is a free social casino for entertainment purposes only. CoinParty does not offer real-money gambling. All games use Virtual Coins that have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or goods or prizes. No deposits are required, and there are no withdrawals. Intended for an adult audience, 18+.

1. Who provides this service

Here is the whole business model in plain words. We build four original games and give them away. There is nothing to buy anywhere on this site: no coin packs, no upgrades, no subscriptions, no season passes, no advertising between spins. We do not take payment details, because there is nothing to pay for.

CoinParty does not offer real-money gambling, and is not affiliated with any operator that does. We do not list, compare, review or link to one. Every bonus on this site is a free in-game bonus paid in Confetti Coins by our own games.

2. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older. By using the site you confirm that you are.

The service is offered for personal entertainment. You may not use it on behalf of a business, resell access to it, or present it as your own.

3. Virtual items

Confetti Coins and Carnival Ribbons are virtual items. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or goods or prizes. They can never be redeemed or exchanged for cash, and they are not property, credit, or a balance of any kind.

Virtual items exist only inside this service and only in the browser storage on your device. We may adjust, reset or discontinue them, and doing so takes nothing from you, because they were never worth anything to begin with.

There is no way to buy virtual items on this site and no way to sell them. Any offer to trade them elsewhere is not ours and is not endorsed by us.

4. Accounts and your data

There are no accounts. A nickname and avatar, if you set them, are stored in your own browser along with your coins, level and streak.

We never ask for a password. The site contains no password fields. Any page that appears to ask you for a CoinParty password is not ours.

Clearing your browser data deletes your progress permanently. We hold no copy and cannot restore it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse the service, or to alter the games to misrepresent what they do. Do not use the site to distribute anything harmful.

The games, art, text and code on this site are ours. You may play them; you may not copy them wholesale, rebrand them, or present them as your own work.

6. What this service is not

Playing here, or doing well here, says nothing about anything outside this site. The games are tuned for entertainment, not as a model of anything else.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided as it is. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including any game or bonus, at any time.

We will post material changes to these terms on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Because the service is free and involves no money, no payment and no virtual item of value, there is no financial loss for which a claim could arise from playing.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
