The short version: your game progress is stored in your own browser and never sent to us. We do not ask for an email address to play, we never ask for a password, and we collect no payment details because there is nothing to pay for.
1. What is stored, and where
Everything the games need lives in your browser's local storage on this device: your nickname and avatar if you set them, your Confetti Coins and Carnival Ribbons, your level and XP, your streak and the time of your last daily gift, and your answers to the age question and the cookie notice.
None of it is transmitted to us. There is no user database on our side, because there is nothing in it to hold.
The Cookie Policy lists the individual keys.
2. What we never collect
No passwords — the site has no password fields at all.
No payment details, card numbers or billing addresses, because nothing on the site can be bought.
No real names, dates of birth or identity documents. The age question is a yes-or-no answer stored on your device.
No third-party advertising or analytics trackers. The site loads no external resources of any kind: no fonts, scripts, images or frames from anywhere but this domain.
3. Server logs
Like any web server, ours records requests: IP address, time, the page requested, and the browser's user-agent string. These logs exist for security and to keep the site running, are not linked to any profile, and are deleted on a rolling short-term basis.
We do not use them to build a picture of individual visitors, and there is nothing to link them to.
4. If you write to us
When you email support@coinpartycom.com we receive your address and whatever you tell us. We use it to answer you and keep the correspondence only as long as that takes.
Please do not send us personal details we have not asked for. We would rather not hold them.
5. Your rights, and the one-click version
Under the GDPR you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or erase it, or object to its processing. Write to legal@coinpartycom.com and we will answer.
In practice, the data that matters is on your device, so the fastest route is yours alone: clear this site's data in your browser settings, or use the reset control in the site's own profile panel. Either wipes your progress immediately and permanently. We hold no copy and cannot undo it.
6. Children
CoinParty is intended for an adult audience, 18+. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18 — and since we collect nothing to begin with, there is nothing to hand over or delete on request beyond the browser storage on the device itself.
7. Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
